TEPCO shuts down just-restarted nuclear plant

TOKYO, Jan. 22 (Xinhua) -- Japan's Tokyo Electric Power Company on Thursday shut down the just-restarted reactor No. 6 of the Kashiwazaki-Kariwa nuclear power plant in Niigata Prefecture after an alarm went off earlier in the day, public broadcaster NHK reported.
